Pros

Being an Associate Training and Development Manager at DMi Partners is a very fulfilling role, as you get to lead and assist with training initiatives that support the entire company. One of the most amazing parts is getting to see the fruits of your labor amongst the team, as people begin to skill up because of the trainings you've helped to piece together. The team is also absolutely wonderful, and everyone is incredibly supportive. Amy Delphia, the current Director of Training and Development, is a fantastic manager and does everything she can to help you feel supported in your role.

Cons

Tasks can sometimes be very administrative and repetitive, which can be a pro or a con depending on the types of work you like to do. For me personally, this was a big con. Workloads can also become quite heavy at times, but as long as you have a good task management strategy you will be okay.
