      Pros

      The only major pro about this company is that they will hire just about anybody, but nothing more than that.

      Cons

      Nothing but cold-calling; the CEO promises unlimited payout potential, but it never comes. Also, you are an independent broker, no benefits for employees, although other places pay less commission, theres a chance at benefits.

      They paid for my securities exam.

      Cons

      They hired young and provided no constructive feedback or help for making it in this business. Long hours, little pay. Hopefully they have changed.
