      Pros

      Fun, engaging environment. Great Philippines culture and team. Eager to learn, and receptive to senior level strategy and guidance.

      Cons

      Elementary service delivery capability. Inexperienced and immature ownership. CEO struggles as an executive. Lacks trust and confidence in his team to deliver, and is unable to interact with clients with executive presences that strengthens relationships and builds confidence in our abilities.

      100% work from home and nice company events

      Cons

      Workload, you dont get paid for extra hours of work. Management will pressure you to meet the quota even if it means sacrificing lunch and breaks
