Pros

Nothing, used to be a great company

Cons

I have never worked for a company who disregards all their employees who have put years of hard work and dedication in. Now the higher ups are outsourcing every position and trying to push the long standing employees out the door. Being ignored by management and given no answers, this enviormment is very hostile and stressful to be apart of.

Great Products. Good quality process.

Toxic environment and culture. Uncertain future, inadequate resources, and poor compensation. Avoid this company unless you absolutely need a job.
