Overtime pretty much every day

EVERYTHING. They are incredibly unprofessional and rude. They treat you like garbage and talk to you like you mean nothing. They speak over you and don't let you have a voice. Constant yelling and screaming- Management is a joke. The salesmen are the majority of the force and they don't have a clue. Try getting work done with your direct, if he even comes in or greets you that day you are lucky. You basically do nothing unless told to. And everything you need to figure out for yourself then after you do figure it out it'll probably be wrong and you'll be cursed and yelled at for not doing it correctly. If you want a place where you will be driven down EVERYDAY either by doing NOTHING or by having a ton of things thrown on you most likely right before end of day go work there. - Basically stay far away.
