      Pros

      DFINITY is a great place to work if you enjoy solving complex technical problems with a lot of ownership. The engineering culture is strong, the people are highly capable, and the mission is ambitious. I appreciate the trust given to engineers, the opportunity to work on meaningful infrastructure, and the fact that the work is rarely boring.

      Cons

      Because the company is working on very ambitious technology, priorities can sometimes shift and the context can be complex. It can take time to fully understand the product, architecture, and ecosystem, especially for new joiners.
