Cons
Everything seemed to start falling apart a couple years ago when the old president left. Back then, we had record sales and earnings, good morale, a good strategy & on-going communication. Since he left, it has gone south. 4 other executives have since jumped ship. The new president consolidated US plants to Tennessee but it has been a disater with shipping rates and quality falling. Plus it showed all employees that management doesn't care about employees when it tossed loyal, long-term employees out the door to save a few bucks. No wonder sales and earnings have dropped. Morale is at all-time lows as more & more good people leave. So sad.
