Employee benefits e.g. extra days off over Christmas, salary sacrifice car lease scheme, generous annual leave. Positive environment where staff are encouraged to speak openly and contribute There's an attitude of progression , where staff are trying to improve outcomes for their learners. There is scope for career progression as there are lots of internal hires for managerial positions
Cons
Not good if you are change adverse. As a college historically hasn't had the best reputation in the area and has struggled to recruit classroom learners.
