Ecommerce with a side of dysfunctional family

Pros

Casual work environment. Nice downtown KC location. Fun coworkers. Long term company

Cons

Company is run by a husband and wife who bring home issues to work. Trigger angry, narcissistic CEO. Clock watching management. It's retail masked as IT/Ecom so paid holidays are the minimum.

Pros

Flexible schedule... Lenient on days requested off... Family friendly... Quality/drama-free coworkers... Selling quality, healthy skin-care that you can use and have confidence recommending to your clients

Cons

High/unrealistic sales goals... Stock issues that effect sales... Minimal to no gratis and no discounts.... If sales goals are bet met you either lose your job or don't get paid for all hours worked... Not a company that average customers are familiar with requires more education and time to pitch/recommend products to customers

Pros

Great pay Meeting new people Helping customers discover a product with a great reputation Extremely flexible- they give you a day, you show up when you want to

Cons

Sales aren't always consistent Requires a lot of studying and comparing with competition Little to no training Extremely high daily sales goal Have to go when store has highest traffic volume to make your sales goal (usually evenings)
