      Has a good sense of external public support by hosting local vendors and aiding small businesses.

      Growth is nearly impossible and HR support feels as if they value the company more, not the employee.

      Good pay nice people originally Great aesthetic, stores are nice Discount - when people find out they can become begs about it so be prepared to say no. Give it out on your terms, and be magnanimous

      Now have targets - not the original vibe of the place Highly Corporate Cultish approach - keeping the happy vibe from the start is fine, but when you marry it with corporate discipline, rigidity, processes and targets it becomes cultish and bizarre Toxic politics at head office affects those in shops Most are nice, but the suck ups and toxic individuals are highly vindictive and there is little recourse for their actions. They have a lot of power over your experience
