Pros

The people whom work here are actually great. Some of the benefits are pretty solid. Open door policy with most managers.

Cons

I have never seen a place in which makes so many hasty decisions in my entire life. The executives (whether it's the board or internal execs is unclear) base alot of their decisions on perception and/or emotions. They do a poor job of utilizing proper analytics to ensure consistent growth. Alot of the metrics they make their employees adhere to are absolutely delusional. Their system of communication is an absolute joke. Beware of the "snakes" as there are a few whom will look to throw you under the bus at every turn. In addition, what customer service representative goes an entire work day with out a formal break. These positions can get unreasonably hostile at times, allow your reps to take a breather. The environment, no matter if they are experiencing record breaking growth or not, is extremely hostile. You will be consistently looking over your shoulder. If your tech, good luck getting a bonus. If your in sales, watch your commissions and don't trust their system of accountability. If your a customer service representative, be ready to be ridden like you've never been before. In addition, await the evil eyes that are constantly watching every little thing you do to report to the executive staff. God for bid someone communicate their frustrations. Communication is an absolute joke. Department heads will literally try to throw a different department under the bus instead of " oh my gosh" band together and find a solution. So much time is wasted on manager meetings it's a wonder they get any work done. For brief moment in time, things were looking up. Now everyone is looking over their backs to wonder if they're next to be axed. Are you going to be sick? No company sick time. In fact, they utilize a broken point system that I'm pretty sure you can accumulate points if your on time and there consistently.

Pros

Sometimes they catered lunch for holidays & special events.

Cons

Upper management is not diverse. All of C-suite and VP level execs are white, only one is not male. They promoted an office bully into a directors position without posting the job for anyone else to apply. Management would say negative things about other co-workers to me, but then act nice to those co-workers to their face. It makes me wonder what negative things were said about me when I left. HR is disorganized and generally unhelpful when it comes to any internal issues with benefits, co-workers, etc. This was definitely one of those workplaces where I would never delete an email for fear that I might be blamed for something and would need proof that I was doing what I was asked or was not the person to blame. That constant fear made it difficult to go into work each day. I had extreme anxiety and I am very glad that I no longer work there. Also if you saw positive reviews on here or on Google, be aware the Marketing department solicited those reviews in exchange for coupons, gift cards, and other incentives. I would take all positive reviews with a grain of salt. Most reviews stating issues with quality of the product & long turnaround times are correct. Those are two issues they have been struggling with for a long time. They tend to want to draw focus away from those two issues instead of actually fixing them. And it is true that pretty much all of the products are sent to China to be fabricated.

Pros

I gained experience in the dental industry and established lasting relationships with my accounts.

Cons

Little to no communication or direction from management. No returned calls, told many times they were just too busy. Pay structure changed several times for the worse. Upper management is dishonest and expects sales team to be less than truthful about disclosing the Chinese lab they own to some of their larger dental groups who are disapproving. Health benefits are not affordable, salary is not at all competitive.
