Pros

you can work when you want. lol what a joke. You can make good money for maybe 2 weeks then they cut off your offers. Talked to other drivers and get the same thing. I went from getting 4 6 completed trips per day to be offered only one. Can't tell you how frustrated I am.

Cons

Nothing but cons. After the first couple weeks of making decent money they throttle you back to nothing. Going to delete my account. Don't waste your time.

Pros

The way they schedule is planned so badly that you will be able to get a lot of overtime especially at the end of the month.

Cons

You'll be screamed at and talked down to. You'll be blamed for mistakes and won't be trained. You'll work for someone with no experience because they are friends with the right people. You will never be promoted or advance from the position they hired for. No raises at all.

We have been working hard to create a company culture in which every employee feels comfortable coming to us with concerns about management or feeling undervalued in any way so that we can resolve issues together.

Cons

No care from people we deliver to no care from Walmart and no care from ddi it starts off fun but it’s very damaging to your peace your body and your hands
