Pros
This company would be a great start for freshers interested in production field if they don't get placed in any top industrial firms like petrochemicals/oil & gas/ design.. The salary offered will also be best for freshers... Comparatively the salary offered for permanent staffs will also be higher than other competitive companies.... Good work life balance.
Cons
Not an ideal company for learning. The training provided will be very very poor.. You have to try to learn things on your own. You can't easily shift to a petrochemical or oil and gas company even though yearly some people go get placed in Reliance. Promotions are not that easy and are offered too late. The locality is too rural.
