      Pros

      The only good thing about DCK is the jewellery allowance for your uniform.

      Cons

      Awful, uncaring management, lack of care about employees, unprofessional, unorganised, and don't care about the products that they offer. The offer the same products across multiple stores, but for vastly different prices. Stupid hours. I was expected to spread 8 hours across 5 days- not possible, and I spent more money on petrol than I got in wages.

      An Amazing company!

      Pros

      I absolutely loved my time with DCK. I worked with them for 5 years. (it was my first ever job) They are completely flexible and understand their employee's needs. You have the chance to work independently but never forgetting not to spend too long in a store as you do have a certain amount of time to get tasks done in all allocated stores for the day. The benefits are also amazing! i believe my love for jewellery will never cease. Such friendly workers too.

      Cons

      mostly part time hours. I only wish you gave more hours! if there were any full time positions i would happily return.
