Alot of the people are nice, it was not a hard job, the pay was good

Cons

I did everything I was asked to and more and I had a good attitude and but as soon as I told them about my pregnancy, the soon let me go

Really enjoyed working with the Admins and some of the Engineers/Designers.

Cons

Worked to many positions and not enough pay. Was not able to move up in the company.

-Great starting learning experience especially for new grads. -Decent insurance benefits. Great place to start your career, but don't stay any longer than two years. There is not much room for career development. Get in, get your experience, and get out.

Cons

The pay is not as competitive as other firms. Very fast paced, hostile, and stressful environment. A lot of favoritism goes around and this company has a huge turnover rate. Every other month an employee is either let go or an employee quits just like clockwork. Go on DBR's website and you will see constant job positions open. It is expected for you to work more than your normal 40 hours or you're seen as lazy.

Thanks for your feedback. We are disappointed to read about some of your experiences at DBR. We are committed to creating a challenging, rewarding and fun environment for our employees. We consider all feedback and we are continuously looking for ways to enhance the employee experience. We launched a mentor program recently that includes more hands-on training for employees. In addition, we still have the onsite seminars and meetings available to our employees to assist with gaining knowledge and training. So our commitment to recognizing the hard work of our employees continues. Many of our employees started their careers with our company and have been with us for many years and DBR is dedicated to offering paths for career development and advancement. As we continue to grow and expand, we are optimistic even more paths of opportunity will be available to our employees and we're excited about the future possibilities in store for both DBR and our employees.
