Free tea and coffee. The restaurant is serving good quality food for a reasonable price.

Cons

Too low wages and long hours of work for IT (non management) professionals. A gross salary of 3200€ in Franκfurt am Main having a median of 3600€ for 2010, is far below expectations. Long bureaucratic business processes lasting for months. Expert fluency of the German language is taken for granted.
