      Human Resources was nice, 1st week in orientation I learned a lot about the actual company

      Cons

      Treats their patients horrible absolutely no respect. They call their medical receptionist customer service reps, no one works as a team, management feels superior, pay is low, there’s tension between management and employees..absolutely no growth opportunities everyone’s there has been working 8+ yrs in the same position

      Pros

      DAP Health has a wonderful legacy of serving marginalized populations in the Coachella Valley, namely HIV+/AIDS patients and queer people.

      Cons

      Awful management on all levels after their merge with Borrego Health. Lack of oversight and care for the well-being of their clinicians; profit over people, letting go of crucial programs that served the community for financial reasons. Greedy leadership. Anti-union CEO. Takes its staff for granted. This place truly lost its soul, as many patients have touted.
