Pros

The only good reason you should work in here is if you're Chinese and you don't want to leave the Chinese community. The rest of that you can not build up your knowledge or career here. It's it a good environment for new grade.

Cons

Bad company structure and cultural. Bad boss will cheat you they will provide H1b and green card. Low salary and you need to work a lot.

Pros

For entry level it might be a good start. It's a basic automotive industry environment.

Cons

Management got huge problem. Mental doctor is recommended. Always yelling and screaming to employees. Unreasonable. The management is truly chaos. No company policy, everything is oral then don't admit it's been said. Very hard to work with. No vacation policy. No overtime policy. Chinese employees need to work a lot of overtime and communicate with China in the evening and over weekend. System is very out-dated and slow. Low pay comparing to the market. Employees don't feel being appreciated no matter how hard you work. Not a happy working environment. Some employees like to tell on others behind back. In a nutshell, not good.
