      Pros

      Unfortunately since Hormel has acquired CytoSport, there are few if any Pro's. - Bootcamp & yoga classes

      Cons

      - Employee's are jumping ship left and right and management show no haste to replace them. - All new systems mean all new procedures that have yet to be identified, created, and put in place. - More and more responsibilities put on the remaining employees. -Fewer and fewer perks on the job. -Complete disconnect between upper management and day to day business. -Undeliverable expectations. - Communication and direction change constantly.
