Trying to have a sales culture but branch managers are not held accountable so it’s hard for others to hit sales goals when there is not support from branches. SVP over branches doesn’t hold them accountable

Slower branches may have difficulties reaching goals due to unreasonable cross sell goals for small branches and branches where they have ILT(Virtual ATM Tellers). Traditional branches with full teller lines and traditional drive throughs are great to work at. Back office is treated much better than branches but branches are not treated terrible but know that it is a big difference in pluses between back office and branches.
