Pros

There was nothing beneficial about my job.

Cons

This has been a horrible place to work. The CEO Pete is a sexist and treats his employees poorly including asking inappropriate questions about things like politics on company time. Pete has been in trouble with the Federal trade commission for falsely reporting revenue and has had several EEOC cases made against him. They don’t care about you or your needs, nor do they care about accommodating their employees. I am disabled and was just told to “suck it up” when it came to doctor’s appointments and needing to work from home on bad health days. There was a flood in my apartment and needed to work from home off and on in order to deal with the mess and was told I could not. I had so many things to take care of because our apartment complex handled the situation so poorly. I was given no grace whatsoever for it. I have a bachelors degree in business management but I was treated like a glorified receptionist/office worker instead of being given responsibilities that a Business Development representative (which was my title) would have. Every single coworker I had had a problem or some sort of grievance with Pete. Do not work here and do not give them your business. CILI is a newer company and has some growing pains but Pete is killing this company very quickly. It is a whole walking red flag.
