Pros

You'll gain extensive learning opportunities and exposure to a wide variety of projects. You'll have the chance to work with and learn across multiple cloud platforms. The internal appraisal process is quite competitive compared to similar roles in other startups and MNCs. The team is supportive, and colleagues are generally willing to help when needed.

Cons

There are no major drawbacks. As a fresher, you may initially face challenges while learning and adapting to new technologies, projects, and processes. However, peers and seniors are supportive and can help you navigate the learning curve.

Pros

Structured curriculum to learn Salesforce. Timely tests, mocks & quizzes.

Cons

- Exactly bond period is of (2 years + 6 months) but they mention it as 2 years only. - Bond amount is 2.7 lac rupees, which totally does not justify the work they taught us. - Management Staff is Strict & have some ego issues, basically you can't talk back to them or try to put your point. - Literally no paid leaves in first 6months of training, and if u apply for one, they'll either rejects the request or asks you to take half-day off only with a very justified reason only. - you cannot take long leaves for any personal reason too, either your loved one is hospitalized or it's your brother's marriage, they'll still not allow you to take leaves. - No option for Work from home, I understand that in training period you're not allowing it but even as a full time employee, there's no option for that. - Again to anyone who's thinking that they'll complete the training or 6 months and then you can resign.. that's not possible because they take 6 cheques of 45k rs (2.7 lac) at the start of your training and will only give you salary in training period once you submitted there cheques with bond amount. - in-hand Salary in training period is only 9200rs maximum with no leaves after all the reductions from 11k rs & salary as a full time employee is 28k rs in-hand which makes it a 3.6 lpa package not 5lpa rest is performed + bonus (if u get any by chance) based only. Telling you from my experience this company is a complete fraud, I'll Tell you why - they bulk hire people from all the collages and off campus hiring almost 30-60 students per month. All students are well qualified as they've cleared DSA rounds, now the make them learn Salesforce in 3 months and next 3 months they have to work full time but on 9k salary only. Once your training is complete they might make you a full time employee if they need you or they can terminate you at any given time without any reason. If you get frustrated by there training or work and decide to leave the company, they'll issue your cheques right away. If cheque bounces due to any reason they'll file a court case on you and u can't join any other company as your record is bad. Might not be able to choose government job because of legal case on you. My story - I have joined with 2 of my friends, one of my friend joined a month earlier then us, later when I realised about this company I decided to leave and both of friends leaved too.. so only one of us three submitted cheque and after registration the company called him and told that they'll take actions against him.. he didn't take it seriously because we all left in training period only and didn't think they'll go to such length but his cheques are cashed on same day by the company, he begged to rejoin the company but they rejected the request. All 6 cheques were bounced but 3500rs got deducted as dishonour charges. Now he's panicking alongside with his family. Will not recommend anyone to join.
