Pros

- The service users - The home is beautiful

Cons

- The manager: talks down to you - Other staff: talk poorly to other staff and service users; lazy; night staff go asleep on shift; leave medication in view of other service users; poor practice all round. - If your face fits you will get away with everything e.g going asleep on shift. - If you are sick for more than 5 days during probation you will be fired, despite your reasoning. They'll blame you for being short staffed and gaps in the rota. They'll place all the blame on you. They have no consideration that sometimes life just happens. - Force you to attend staff meetings after a night shift. So you'll work from 7:45 pm to 11 am (sometimes to 12).
