Cons

Unprofessional, Unethical - do not trust these recruiters. No experience in salary negotiations. Lying to both clients and candidates to increase their own margins. Put candidates forward at non-market rates low rates to increase their own profitability

Pros

It is very hard to think of any pros that I got for this company but I did meet a couple of good friends in this company, which was the only thing that made it bearable at times.

Cons

Extremely poor management, high pressure, bad culture, no training, cow-boy tactics and no benefits and shocking pay. There were regular issues with a third party who did the pay-rolling for the staff resulting in no pay at all! Mostly all front-line employees and managers were extremely under-trained and utilised unethical recruitment tactics an underhanded recruitment methods which most staff always disagreed with but were forced to do by terrible leaders. I would not recommend working for this agency to my worst enemy - it was a really horrible place to work.
