Before you join this company, be cautious. Here's what I've learned from working with these guys. There are certain advantages to working for this company, but after a few months, I realised there are more downsides. So, guys, here is my Genuine review. 1. They are bad at managing employee relation they only want work. 2. Worst team micromanagement ever. If you make a complaint to management about a problems about any senior person in the team, they will simply ignore you and take no action. Employees' opinions will be ignored. No Management transparency  3. You will be asked to evaluate yourself. If you provide feedback, they will simply ignore it and would not make significant changes or improvements. What is the sense of asking employees to evaluate themself, You are the management you evaluate yourself as it is only for increment purpose. 4. As per their policy they will give you 2 leaves on every month. After Lockdown, they are not crediting your 2 leaves every month time to time , they will credit after 2-3 months, If you ask HR for this then they say we were busy in some other stuff and System is adding leaves, I Mean whats the point in that if system is yours only, you can add leaves on regular basis.Now even after working hard when you ask for leave, they will ask you WHY DO YOU NEED LEAVE, SEND PROOF OF TICKETS ? and so many other questions and will try everything to not give you a single day leave by saying so and so reasons and we can't afford you to give you leave at this time when you needed it for genuine and very important reason. There is not any kind of fix working hours you may have to work for 10-12 hours as well, not anykind of extra pay for extra working hours and they will also call you to work on weekends & if you are on LEAVE then they will message you or call you. If you want work after working hours then pay too, no one is free if you don't value them. 5. After all of this when it time for increment they'll try everything to compromise your increment or they'll delay your increment by saying that company is facing huge loss this year and will give you very less increment then most of the companies gives to their employees. 6. Company traps employee as a retention for 1 year or 1.5 years. For Eg. They will say that we'll give you Rs.5000 every month for a year and they will say we will give you all the 5000 * 12 = Rs60000 at the end of the year, so its one type of bond only, if you break then no retention amount will be given to you. Even after completing a year and when it's time to pay that retention amount to the employee they will say they will pay you that amount in 3 installments so if employee want to leave company they have to wait next 3 months for that and 2 months notice period so total 5 months to wait and release from the company. 7. They say we give you arrears for APRIL, MAY, JUNE in the Month JULY, AUGUST , SEPTEMBER salary and sending PDF for that your arrears will be credited in your salary in this month and even after that they will delay 1 month without telling to employees. so if employe is planning to leave the company they have to wait 3 months for this arrears & 2 months notice period. 8. If employee has put resign then, they will try to retain back and say we can discuss related salary and new projects coming and you can take the lead and so on , I Mean when employee has put the resignation, then their is no point of valuing that employee after resign, value employees first and don't pressurize employee who already put resign as if they didn't put any values throught the years. 9. Their is no work ethics in the team, No proper project management & ETA's, No proper task management among the employees, No one is their to verify your work and No coding standards and software development life cycle they follow. You have to wait for other team member replies and rely on that & even you have to remind that person that this is pending from your end so we can work further and they say we need this task as soon as possible. 10. Flexing Timings are just for name, HR will message you please resume your task and you are still on break, I Mean when even after we take lunch breaks late and they are telling to resume task. Last but not least they won't even give you refreshment such as coffee/tea.Their is no employe engaging activities So these is my Honest reviews people's & please be aware in joining this company

Pros

There is only one pros that they provide labour salary on time.

Cons

They hired freshers ,make such bond so fresher will get trapped and put them pressure that they are nothing. Senior person lost their values here. Just doing worst work any how. Imagine there is not any rule that work in favour of employees. Per person they have different rules according to mood of management. so before join think about twice and take decision.

1:Not adding leave properly 2:You may have to work for 10 hours in the days 3:Only work, not any kind of Friday activities and all 4:not giving any kind of reimbursement in WFH
