1. extremely toxic workplace, the management leaders are aggressive, rude and disrespectful. She leads a culture of yelling, talking in a an offensive manner to each other and mess.
2. Very bad treatment and disrespect towards QA engineers, if the management don't like you - you will get fired
3. I was lied to many times, by the management and HR team that I will not be impacted by wrongful termination of certain individuals - it was not the case. They did not agree with me pointing out issues for improvements.
4. They fired me after 8 months, after me they fired 3 more manual QA and the entire automation team.
5. I witness an atmosphere of bullies, and if you dared speaking your voice - you will get fired.
6. There are certain people in the company that holds all the knowledge and refuses to to share it with others - they bullies and the most disrespectful people i have ever worked with, kept calling the QA team members "stupid and ignorance". If they decided he did not want to develop something that product team wanted - they will simply wont do.
7. The worst HR team I ever encountered, they lie to people and when they fire (which happens VERY often, across all company) they will do anything to protect the company, including lying to fire employee (I know of multiple employees whom were fired on false lies, simply because management team did not like them)
