Pros

•The only pro would be that you will be working for ESRI •That is the only reason people work here. •Most people who join are freshers and they are very well exploited. •The pro is that you will get into the company easily even if you don’t have very great communication or technical skills.

Cons

•The Attendance Incentive (₹3000) is deducted even if you take the leaves you are entitled you such as SL, CL, PL. •They make you cover extra hours without pay. •The promotions are biased. •There is a three/ two years of bond. •The basic pay is peanuts, trust me when I say that. •No Diwali Bonus. Actually no bonuses whatsoever. They even deduct the Performance Bonus. •The management is of a lowly call-centre caliber. •Sometimes they force you to work even when you are unwell. •The night shift is unhealthy. •You can switch shifts but they need to like you to grant you it. •It’s overall an unhealthy place to work at.

Pros

There are no pros at all.

Cons

The management is completely bias. Your salary is deducted even when you are utilizing the leaves you are eligible for. You basically have to pay to take a leave. Even when you are ill they expect you to work, infact force you to work. Salary remains almost same in two years, only once they know you are going to leave they try to be kind. They force employees to do overtime without paying and if you don't do it they will take their revenge. They make you sign a 2 year bond after training because they know nobody would want to stay for this job. The internal jobs are bias, they select only seniors even if they have no skills, just so that they don't leave the organisation.

Pros

As a fresher they will hire you just on the basis of your communication skills. They don't care if you have any technical knowledge or not. Apart from this in first three to four months they will pay you well during which all you have to do is just learn all the technical stuff, no work.

Cons

Night shift is one of the main downside. So if you are a morning person don't even think about to join here as a "GIS ANALYST". During the training period of Gis analyst, they want you to learn every corner of Gis and that to in mere of 2-3 months. As an analyst you have to solve users problem but here sometimes people can't solve cases who's having an experience of 4-5 years then how you suppose from someone who don't have any technical knowledge and in a mere of 2-3 months training you think that he can solve users queries.
