Cons

One-man company. Management is very over-smart and rude. CEO is the most abusive person. Uses abusive language. Tried to even hit me in a meeting when he did not understand the technical stuff. The VC is a total buttlicking like the CEO's dog and has no whatsoever decision-making ability.

Good office decoration, you will fell like you are entering in a big MNC.

Cons

When ever I entered the office it felt like I was entering in a circus cage, where your every movement will always be monitored by the ring master. Only Hippocrates will able to stay in the company, whom in front of you will criticise the ring master but at your back always they find the way to please him.

ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS AFTER 2018 ARE MADE UP BY THE COMPANY USING EMPLOYEES EMAIL. Believe me I was asked many times to do the same. After a year of my services, things started to take a wrong turn. The CEO started to poke in all the matters of work and micromanaged stuff that he had no knowledge of. Abusing employees was very common (also abused parents) never heard what the employee thinks or recommends. Abused them if his own plan failed. The CEO has no technical knowledge whatsoever. Employees mass resigned in 2019, from a strength of 300 plus it came down to 60 in 2020. Even threatened employees that he will bribe the police to beat them up. Threatened employees that they will give negative feedback to their next employer to hamper their career
