Great team to work with. Company that cares about the end goal of systems support and the removal of operational interference from technology so that the business can achieve their goals. I appreciate that CyberStreams allows me as the IT consultant out in the field to treat the company as a partner/relationship rather than just a client whom we can extract money from while not getting the job done. I want to do a good job for my clients and my team and they allow me the to do the right thing that is fair to me and my clients.

Really awesome culture here. Friendly group, no politicking, if you have and opinion they hear you out and don't take it personally. Excellent work/life balance. Lots of opportunities to pursue training and personal growth. Lots of intangible perks (free food, holiday gifts and usually fairly extravagant company funded outings, misc opportunities for bonus cash - there were a few times that I just got a bonus out of the blue feels really good) All the senior guys who work here are cool cats, you'll like working with them and trust their judgment. They are VERY protective of existing employee rights. Once you've been promised something, they protect you. And they are very hesitant to let people go. Think Japanese companies :). Basically if you get fired from here, everyone probably thought it shoulda happened 6 months ago.
