- Superiors actively care for well being of their subordinates, help with their development and guide through all necessary. - Company supports diversity and welcomes english speakers to the team. - Emphasis on life and work balance, without demand on working outside work hours and active encouragement to take care of ones physical and mental health to prevent burn out or any negative effects - Continuous improvements in processes and tending to any possible problems

- Some requested changes might take longer due to bureaucracy, but it is usually understandable
