Pros

When I started working for this company 2 years ago, I was fully on board with the purpose of the company and how goals appeared to be planned and carried out against that purpose, I found the environment to be initially okay. Some of the initial pros ended up being cons after time.

Cons

Some of the managers are a poor fit for their role, dangerously incompetent, and eager to blame the outcome of their poor leadership choices on their direct reports. The small company culture can be very gossipy and oppositional to change. The company is very poorly organized, and communication is significantly lacking, especially between departments.

Pros

The benefits are pretty decent and they company pays for a large portion of them. They are a small company who could make a big difference in the fraud space because they have specialists that are passionate about it.

Cons

This company is run like a chaotic startup with a lack of direction from the top down. There doesn't seem to be any real business plan, yearly goals objectives that move the business forward. The is a lack of processes, communication and things are thrown together in a reactive state as they take orders from the owner and the CEO. Everything is a priority and nothing is a priority.

As can be seen on our website, we have expanded and enhanced the team which leads IDT911. We are business that is evolving to meet continually changing industry and market needs. For some change is stressful and may seem chaotic, but for others it is energizing and exciting!

Pros

Good start, but it quickly went downhill. Good product. Annual bonus (maybe) Nice people but it seems like a revolving door lately.

Cons

Lousy shifts. Lousy pay. Graveyard shift pays more than the day shift and they do nothing but warm a chair. Annual bonus only if they meet all goals. Phantom stock is worthless. So called incentive plan is As Seen On TV items or a gag gift, once in a while something nice will be given but the good gifts go to the bosses favorites. Too much favoritism. Not employee friendly, bad decisions, employees are dispensable. Must accrue PTO and cannot use until earned and credited so forget about that vacation in the summer.
