Pros

nothing, except Barbora orders every week

Cons

This company is not a workplace, but close to modern slavery. They track what you do on your work computers while saying that they do not, which is not legal. They spread rumors and gossip with and about other employees, this includes Team Leaders and Lower-Level Managers talking smack about their co-workers and hide everything under the rug when someone points it out. People are sexually harassing and gender discriminating. They try to silence their employees, and disregard everyone else's opinion, there have been times where Managers tell their teams that no one cares about their opinion and feedback, while constantly asking for it to "improve". Everything this company does for others, all the good deeds are a lie and are simply done for advertising and to get a tax write-off. People experience panic attacks during work, a very high emotional load, the employer encourages unhealthy competition by constantly comparing everyone by their arbitrary stats depending on which department they are in (including comparing them to other departments, which have different quotas), doesn't matter if their results are good or bad, if the employee puts in minimal effort or as much as possible. After some time in this place people start to go to therapists, have suicidal thoughts because of the demands. No one encourages you to improve and only point out your flaws while making some up on the fly, such as telling you that you are negative for pointing out easily fixable mistakes in the company culture and their practices, workflows and etc., even if you tell them that information to improve something for everyone. It is practically impossible to move up to another position, meanwhile the employer spouts that they provide you with all of the tools and applications to help you move up in the career ladder, which usually are useless as they do not provide certificates for courses and don't give you access to most things or make the usage of those tools extremely convoluted and difficult. They never want to raise your salary, if you want a higher salary then you have to beg for it by making stuff up and hoping it sticks, however when you have an exit interview HR tells you that they could have raised your salary and that "you just had to ask", which is a trend with most issues, trying to gaslight you into thinking that everything was your fault. Most people are lied to by their dubious marketing and job ads in order to attract new employees because they have a massive turnover rate, having multiple people leave literally every week.

Pros

Barbora every few days, training material, great colleagues

Cons

Management is getting worse and worse by the day, changes made restrict workers, salary is horrendous and a complete joke, the managers will do what they can to not grant any pay increase. My recommendation would be to avoid the company unless you're a student since they offer a flexible schedule, though the flexibility is slowly but surely getting removed as well.

Pros

Literally nothing, unless the work equipment.

Cons

Highly stressful job, terrible work and life balance (you will work 6 days a week and then have 1 free day and they dont see and issue with that), ignorant management, salaries are a joke, the whole company is a joke. Literally no one wants to work here, it is a scam.
