The team culture is collaborative and inclusive everyone’s ideas are valued regardless of their position. Flexible working hours and remote work options contribute to a healthy work-life balance. Ample learning opportunities, especially for freshers or early-career professionals looking to grow their skills across multiple domains.

No as such cons, but yes Being a startup, some internal processes are still evolving, which can lead to occasional workflow inefficiencies.

I’ve been working at Cuvette remotely, and honestly, it’s been a great experience so far. The best part is how supportive the team is — even though everything is online, I’ve never felt disconnected. Everyone’s super approachable and always ready to help
Cons
The pace can be quick sometimes. That said, it’s pushed me to become more efficient and confident — so I’d call that a plus 😄 All in all, if you're someone who enjoys helping others, wants to grow fast, and is comfortable working remotely, Cuvette is a great place to be!
