Pros
CustomerStream embodies total collaboration and teamwork in every department and on all levels within the organization. There is lots of room for growth and endless opportunities to learn about other parts of the business other than your own....a true benefit that you don't often see in other companies! Management works hard, really hard, to build a culture where work is fun, from Jeopardy Fridays to frequent all-employee lunches and snacks, birthday celebrations, week-long team events, and culminating in a fabulous off-site Christmas party with thousands of dollars in prizes! All of this is contained within a beautiful, upscale office with many amenities, including good health benefits, vacation, and 401K employer contributions. What more could you ask for?
Cons
None, unless you don't like learning different aspects of the company and working as a close-knit team with a shared goal of success. Please remember when reading the few negative comments about the company that there will always be disgruntled employees that leave bad reviews but they won't be forthcoming about attendance issues and other poor work habits. The good thing about this company is those employees stick out like a sore thumb and they usually work themselves out.

Best company I have ever worked for. Not only does it check all the boxes for career and professional growth, benefits, recognition, staff, and management, it provides an environment that allows employees to really feel as though they participate in the success of the company and they are quick to recognize those contributions.
Cons
For me it is not a con, but it is a fast growing company that is dynamic with ever evolving products and services. You have to enjoy working in a fast paced environment and enjoy the process of learning new product features and enhancements at a rapid pace.....I love it.
