      Pros

      There are always ew challenges and the work is not boring. I get to voice my opinion which is taken into account. The mgmt team likes to create a fun environment when appropriate, plus we all get to work remote. Health and family first is the CEO's saying in many meetings. Everyone is really friendly, and the benefits are amazing!!

      Pros

      This is an excellent company with well-established professional processes, a friendly atmosphere, and genuine care for its employees. The company offers outstanding medical insurance, which also covers dependents.

      Cons

      The company operates fully remotely, so sometimes there is a lack of in-person communication.

      Best Health Benefits I have ever seen including for family members!! Open to hearing my ideas and implementing them. Allowed to ask questions. Close knit teams. Remote and get to work from home Information is shared across teams Communication is considered very important Teammates are spread across the country which is fun

      Not publicly held so not the huge money like those companies. Room to grow, just takes some time.
