Pros

Family owned business, tight knit group. Lots of flexibility when working. Great benefits with 401K, medical, dental and vision, paid paternity leave too.

Cons

Can get overwhelming at times when handling various accounts. Within the group, there is not a lot of room for growth, would have to branch off to a different group.

Lots of training and experienced people to learn from

Cons

The salaries are very bad, the company does not see or value skills and potential on young employees. It is a great company with great benefits but not much room to grow for youngsters. The managers are hardly ever in the office and have no idea of what really goes on on a daily basis.
