Friendly people for the most part. Customers/users very grateful for help and appreciated hard work and information shared to help make their work easier. Compensation is competitive.
Cons
Office culture is very "old school". For example, there is not much flexibility nor appreciation of working outside what they call "normal business hours". Technology is outdated. Communication throughout company is very very poor. Claim to be "family-orientated" but only for what they define as "family".
Poor management and definitely a man’s world. Not much room for advancement and a doggy dog workplace where you had to jockey for appreciation and raises.
