They make it seem very work to life balanced and like a great place to work

Cons

There's ZERO management support the only people who are successful are the ones the managers hand deals to. This company is an absolute joke they are trying to "LAZY STAFF"

They have terrible management and play favorites heavily. When they run into trouble they fire people rather than look for solutions. Super lazy way to manage- they think they reinvented staffing but they are just lazy and only rely on past relationships can't create any new ones.

Great culture, hard-working and caring team members and leaders. Have worked here for 2 years and have witnessed leadership soliciting feedback from team and adjusting. Very little turnover. Highly motivating environment.
