Since it has been aquired by IBM, so all the pros of IBM like Work from home etc

Its the worst place to work with incapable managers

No dress code is the only good thing Co employees are good to work with. Higher management is not good.

Cons

There are incapable managers who lack exposure of working in other countries and with irrelevant education background. No Respect for Employees No authority for HRs , they are just the puppets of Managers No Exposure to new Technologies. Stuck in Curam Framework. No Learning curve or Professional Growth They lack Working Standards and no proper work culture.
