Some of the shop floor workers are good people.
Cons
Management are like school yard bullies who actively encourage discontent and arguments on shop floor and will not listen. Predominantly female shop floor and if your face does not fit you are actively disliked and made to feel like an outcast. Pay is poor, some weeks your asked to take holidays and then others you are refused, cannot control temperature on shop floor. Do not leave anything in canteen as theft is a regular theme.
