I wanted to give rating in negative, but 1 is the minimum, so have to settle with it.
I can exceed the maximum limit, if any.
1. They tell you it's 6 days working, but in reality you'll be made to work 7 days a week and won't give you any compensatory off or monetary compensation for the same.
2. Don't get into the trap when they say 9 hours of shift. It's NEVER 9 hours. You'll have to work extended hours daily.
3. By the above mentioned two points, it's pretty much clear that there's no work-life balance. If you wish to work in an organisation like "Cuelearn" forget words like- holiday, relief, vacation, happiness, satisfaction, growth, money etc. Instead just remember- zero life, extended working hours, low pay-scale, grief.
4. They compare themselves to Byjus, but in reality the work culture at Cuemath is worse than Byjus or any other ed-tech.
5. There's no refreshment activities. All you are supposed to do is achieve and over achieve your target numbers. And even if you do achieve your target numbers, there's no appreciation for the same. No one will ever recognise who you are.
6. The incentive scheme is horrible. Even though you have (over)achieved your target, what you'll get on the name of incentives is peanuts.
7. You won't get leaves on national holidays either.
8. The management is highly unprofessional and team leaders behave like managers. Not all, but yes, most of them. I'd say 90% of them.
9. There's only one way on the basis of which you can get promoted and recognition- "chamchagiri". If you believe that your hardwork will give you promotions, then you are in the wrong organization my friend.
10. There's no proper structure being followed for work here. You'll be hired to perform a specific task, but actually you'll have to perform 'n' number of tasks and that too on the same pay-scale. You won't get a single penny extra for that.
My advice to job-seekers, don't fall in such traps layed by the organisation. Instead, first take a genuine feedback from current or ex-employees before applying. They will give you a true picture.
