Pros

NONE AT ALL. NOT A SINGLE PRO.

Cons

I worked at this company for a very short period, and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. The work culture is toxic, with disrespectful communication, zero empathy, and a lack of support for employees. The workspace itself was subpar—dirty, with broken furniture, and an overall unprofessional atmosphere that made it difficult to focus and be productive. Management is driven more by ego than by merit or performance. Decisions are made hastily and without consideration for employees' well-being or professional growth. Job security is non-existent, and I was let go after just two weeks, despite putting in my best effort to adapt and contribute. It's impossible to fairly assess someone's performance in such a short period, especially when you're new and still learning the ropes. Unpaid overtime was expected, with pressure to stay beyond working hours even when meetings could have easily been scheduled during shift time. Ultimately, the company's treatment of employees felt dehumanizing—you are seen as just a number or a cog in the machine, not as a valued team member. To anyone considering applying here, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and listening to real experiences over the Unpaid overtime was expected, with pressure to stay beyond working hours even when meetings could have easily been scheduled during shift time. Ultimately, the company's treatment of employees felt dehumanizing—you are seen as just a number or a cog in the machine, not as a valued team member. To anyone considering applying here, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and listening to real experiences over the company’s polished marketing. Don’t let a well-known brand name fool you. Prioritize a healthy work culture, fair management, and respect for employees. In the end, a company’s true value is shown by how it treats its people, not by its reputation.

Pros

Good hierarchical structure and well coordinated target approach

Cons

Micromanagment, break restrictions, ignorance of political situation in the city when asking employees to travel half way across the city during an unstable period.

Pros

Working at Cubix has its advantages. The team members are genuinely supportive and always willing to help each other. There’s a collaborative atmosphere where you can learn from your colleagues, which makes the work experience more enjoyable. The camaraderie among team members is definitely a highlight.

Cons

The cons at Cubix are severe and detrimental to the work experience. The HR department is shockingly incompetent, and management practices are plagued by excessive micromanagement. It’s evident that heads of departments care more about protecting their own jobs than supporting their teams. The toxic culture prioritizes appeasing upper management over genuine collaboration, making it a frustrating place to work. HR makes false promises during interviews, claiming that layoffs are a non-issue. In reality, layoffs occur without warning, and employees receive little to no acknowledgment of their hard work. This lack of respect is appalling. The company’s policies are not only inconsistent but also violate legal standards, particularly regarding salary deductions. One of the most infuriating aspects is the so-called "sandwich policy." If you take leave on a holiday or a government-recognized day, your salary can be deducted for the entire duration of your absence, including the holidays. This draconian approach adds unnecessary pressure and creates a hostile work environment, where employees feel penalized for taking legitimate time off. Overall, working at Cubix feels like navigating a minefield, where the only way to succeed is to ingratiate yourself with management rather than actually delivering quality work. If you value your well-being and professional growth, look elsewhere.

Pros

Working at Cubix has been a mixed experience. On the positive side, the team members are truly supportive and create a collaborative environment. It’s great to have colleagues who are willing to lend a hand and share knowledge.

Cons

However, the downsides significantly overshadow these positives. Management is poor and lacks clear direction, leading to confusion and frustration among employees. The HR department is equally disappointing; their processes are disorganized, and it often feels like employee concerns go unheard. Additionally, the leave policy, specifically the “sandwich policy,” is quite restrictive and adds unnecessary stress to an already challenging environment. This approach to time off does not consider the well-being of employees and complicates planning for personal time. A significant concern is the company's approach to layoffs. Despite assurances during interviews that layoffs are not a practice here, employees can find themselves unexpectedly let go with little notice. Being told "you are no longer needed" which creates a feeling of insecurity and distrust within the workforce. Overall, while the team itself is wonderful, the management and HR issues at Cubix, along with the unsettling approach to layoffs, make it hard to recommend this company as a good place to work. It feels very much like a “sethiya mindset” company, which adds to the frustration.

Pros

• Friendly environment and enjoyable teamwork. • Learning opportunities are strong due to helpful employees and supportive leaders.

Cons

• There’s almost no chance to move up or grow in your job. • Pay is lower than what you’d get for similar jobs at other places. • The CEO is always around, and it feels like people can’t speak up, even when they’re right. • The environment doesn’t feel safe for women especially because of the CEO. • It feels like getting promoted has more to do with staying on the CEO’s good side than doing good work. • There aren't any employee benefits.
