The company does not offer any health benefits. What they offer is the ability to pay THEM for health insurance at street prices. No discounts. It was actually about $75 a month more than what I already paid. So that's completely wrong for a modern big company. Managers are, as others have said, the world's worst micromanagers, and the CEO acts like a toddler. Screams, yells, berates, insults. No idea how to manage a company and has no idea how or why the company makes money. Also believes his ridiculous grade school art and ideas are the world's best. The 16 months I spent here were horrible, but at least I smiled at them the whole time.

Real bad management, leadership team does not know what they are doing, they have been back and forth with city officials due to not being up to code per city regulations, they have thee worst operations Team, their buildings are NOT kept up because they choose to hire temp workers through agencies starting at 14$ an hour. They don’t have a sustainable team.
