Senior management are a joke. It's basically an old boys club and the MD will regularly throw his toys out the pram. If you are female you can look forward to pervy, sexual comments on a regular basis and there is no HR department to report it to. The salary's are low, you will be expected to work longer hours than contracted to and will be deemed work shy if you leave the office on time. There aren't any company benefits aside from the standard pension scheme, and there are very few opportunities for progression. They do not care about staff well being and got away with making office staff work in the office during all lockdowns because they make a few shower curtains in the warehouse and so can class it all as manufacturing. It's numbers over peoples health at ALL times.
