      People aren't rude to your face, cafeteria gives you free soda

      Cons

      don't like hard classes, don't want students to be challenged, lots of enabling behavior, especially for "favorites", nepotism rampant, predatory staff in some places, bullying is common and HR supports and perpetuates it (especially since HR staff have family in high level positions throughout the school).
