Pros

Doing something big, have clear goals, love my co-workers, learning a ton, see constant improvement, time-off is very fair (major holidays plus the office is closed every year from Christmas through New Years).

Cons

Things change quickly (typical startup stuff), Not everyone is "in-the-know, training could be more comprehensive.

Great and Getting Better

Pros

CrowdSource treats its contractors well and truly cares about our well-being. Everything from forums, easy-access style guides and webinars to constructive feedback and bonus opportunities create a great online work environment. Some projects pay better than others, but they generally offer fair pay depending on the research and expertise required. Every CS employee I have spoken with has been polite, encouraging and professional, and they are always willing to answer questions. I'll be honest: it was rocky in the beginning. Just know that things are great now, and constantly getting better. I hope to write for this company for years to come!

Cons

Some of the editors can be rude, as mentioned by other reviewers. I just ignore them unless they are offering helpful, constructive criticism. Honestly, most of the editors are pretty cool. Work can be rejected with no payment without giving you the chance to fix the issues (which is standard across Mturk).
