I had helpful supervisors and coworkers who were always willing to help me with any questions I had, and they kept me pretty busy for an intern.
Cons
Some of the older folks there weren't always the nicest.

Pros
Friendly and supportive coworkers. Mid level leadership genuinely cares about team. Opportunity to take ownership of projects. Exposure to a wide range of systems.
Cons
Lack of clear roles- engineers are treated as project managers, drafters and field techs all in one. Unsustainable travel options with minimal compensation for the personal sacrifice. Growing pains with unclear processes, last minute changes and shifting policies. Pay does not reflect the high expectations and heavy travel demands. Lodging polices prioritize airbnbs over hotels which means shared, uncomfortable and poorly maintained accommodations.
