Mid Level supervisors are very supportive. Most people working here are nice and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Upper management forgets what it's like in the field. Creates metrics then surrounds them with conditions of what we are not allowed to do anymore and makes it harder for us to reach them. Upper management can also be unsupportive.
