      Great benefits but bad support system

      Pros

      The benefits are some of the best in most of the companies you work at, the vacation days are great. This is an established company that has been around for MANY years and will be around for years to come.

      Cons

      In the interview they tell you they have a great support system to help you on anything you need regarding your job roles. Management is pretty weak and it can be chaotic because they do not have people in position of control that have much insurance knowledge at all.
