      A zoo of a place to work

      Pros

      Company seems to be doing ok financially. Some decent people work there.

      Cons

      Majority of the employees are very opinionated and take a self given managerial role. Plenty of HR violations. Lots of gossip and disrespect to employees. No clear leadership from management. Some of the leaders talk down to employees and very unethical.

      Pros

      This is a small (growing) company with not a whole lot of structure. For example, there is no set schedule of when you will get raises like many larger corporate jobs have. Some people thrive in this sort of anarchy and are able to quickly find a way to leverage their value, but others would do better with a more structured career roadmap.

      Cons

      Lack of structure. The office(s) can be pretty noisy sometimes. Very very steep learning curve unless you have an elecrical engineering background.
